The latest provisions of CITIC Bank on prepayment can be divided into the following three points:
1. For borrowers who have not agreed to prepay or automatically prepay, if they need to prepay, they need to apply in advance (generally, borrowers and their fellow borrowers are required to go to the loan bank one month in advance);
2. Whether and how to charge the borrower the prepayment fee shall be determined by CITIC Bank Sub-branch according to the local market conditions, and shall be agreed in the loan contract in advance;
3. Conditions for prepayment: It should be stipulated in the contract. If there is no explicit agreement, it will not be restricted in general, but the actual bank statement shall prevail.
