In order to ensure the safe and smooth road traffic in Chaoyang District, according to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, Chaoyang District has decided to take traffic management measures to prohibit light trucks from passing in some areas and roads outside the Fifth Ring Road in Chaoyang District from 202 1 1. Six, the city and other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government issued license plate (including temporary license plate) trucks in addition to comply with the above provisions, should also comply with other traffic management measures formulated by the relevant departments of this Municipality.
Seven, for vehicles entering the no-go zone in violation of the provisions of the notice, according to Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and Item 3 of Article 91 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China in Beijing, penalties shall be imposed according to the illegal act of "motor vehicles violating the prohibition sign".
Since 2002 1 and1,Changping District has taken the following traffic management measures for trucks driving on divided roads within the administrative area of Changping District:
First, government street West Road, government street, Fu Xue Road, Gulou South Street and Gulou North Street are prohibited from passing by trucks for 24 hours.
2. Tongcheng Street, Wenhua Road (Tongcheng Street to Huinan Road) and Ansi Road (Mafang North Bridge to Dongxiaokou Road) are prohibited from passing by trucks from 6: 00 to 23: 00 every day.
3. The roads within the administrative area of Changping District (excluding the main roads and auxiliary roads of Beijing-Tibet Expressway and the roads mentioned in Article 2 of this circular) within the west (excluding) of Beijing-Chengde Expressway, south (excluding) of North Sixth Ring Road and east (excluding) of Beijing-Xinjiang Expressway are prohibited from passing by light and mini trucks from 6: 00 to 20: 00 every day.
Four, military vehicles, police cars, fire engines, ambulances and other special trucks are not restricted by the traffic management measures stipulated in this notice.
Five, the city and other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government issued license plates (including temporary license plates) of trucks in addition to comply with the above provisions, but also should comply with other traffic management measures formulated by the relevant departments of this Municipality.
Six, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the provisions of this circular, set up a ban sign on the road around the motor vehicle restricted area. If a motor vehicle violates the provisions of this circular and enters a restricted area for road driving, it shall be deemed as an illegal act of "driving in violation of the prohibition sign" and shall be punished according to law.
From July 1 day, 2020, Yanqing District made the following adjustments to the original designated areas and traffic management measures adopted in the Notice on Adjusting Traffic Management Measures of Some Motor Vehicles to Reduce Pollutant Emissions (20 17):

2. Traffic management measures in the area specified in this circular:
1. trucks (including temporary licenses) in this city and other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government are prohibited from passing from 6 am to 9 pm every day;
2. From 9: 00 p.m. to 6: 00 a.m. the next day, trucks with 2 tons or more are prohibited from passing through this city and other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government (including temporary license plates);
3. Low-speed trucks, tractors and special operations vehicles are prohibited from passing all day;
4. Vehicles transporting dangerous goods are forbidden to pass all day.
Three, the army, armed police vehicles and police cars, ambulances, fire engines, engineering rescue vehicles and other special vehicles are not restricted by the above measures.
Four, the traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall, in accordance with the provisions of this circular, set up a no-go sign on the road around the no-go area for motor vehicles. Fangshan District has taken the following traffic management measures for some roads in Fangshan District since 202 1 1:
1. Roads around Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway (excluding), South Sixth Ring Road (excluding) and Youdi Road (including) are closed to trucks from 6: 00 to 23: 00 every day, except the following sections:
1. Liangjing Road main road;
2. Kaixuan Street (the section between the Sixth Ring Road and the intersection of Liangxiang Inspection Field);
3. Baiyang West Road (the section between Changliang Road and Kaixuan Street);
4. Changliang Road (the section between the Sixth Ring Road and Baiyang West Road).
2. Jingzhou Road (the section between Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway and Fangshan West Outer Ring Road) and Yanfang Road (the section between Jingzhou Road and Yingfeng South Road) are prohibited from passing by trucks from 6: 00 to 23: 00 every day.
Three, the army, armed police vehicles and police cars, ambulances and other special vehicles are not restricted by the above measures.
Four, the city and other provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government issued license plate (including temporary license plate) trucks in addition to comply with the above provisions, but also should comply with other traffic management measures formulated by the relevant departments of this Municipality.

Military and armed police vehicles, police cars, ambulances and other special vehicles, inter-provincial long-distance passenger vehicles and inter-provincial tourist passenger vehicles with road transport permits are not subject to the above restrictions.
3. Daxing Traffic Detachment will set up no-go signs on the roads around the no-go area.
