Labor dispatch companies and employing units shall not charge fees to workers. Generally, large formal labor service companies will only sign legal and formal labor dispatch agreements with employees. It is a formal and reasonable fee for the labor service company to send workers to collect the labor service management fee from the employer. It won't charge like a small unlicensed labor service company.
