How to calculate labor contract wages

Legal analysis: the salary due in the current month = the daily salary of the current month × paid days (including paid holidays)

1, daily wage of the current month = wage amount agreed in the contract (including various subsidies, but excluding bonus and overtime) ÷ attendance days of the current month (including paid holidays).

2. Days payable refer to the actual days of the month (such as 365,438+0,30, etc.). ) Subtract the number of rest days (such as weekends) and absence days (due to personal leave or absenteeism) per week.

3. Paid holidays: including statutory holidays (National Day, New Year's Day, Spring Festival, May Day and other annual *** 10 days, as well as paid holidays such as marriage leave and funeral leave).

In addition, the calculation of wages can also be calculated by deduction, and the result should be the same as the above calculation.

Payable salary of the current month = total salary of the current month agreed in the contract-the amount of salary to be deducted on the day of absence.

1. Salary deducted on the day of absence = daily salary of the current month × (days of absence)
