Junior high school enrollment: Children of migrant workers attend public junior high schools in Changsha. All students who have obtained a student status in Changsha urban primary schools can apply on the spot and enjoy the same admission policy for urban primary school graduates to attend junior high schools. If the children of migrant workers are required to attend public junior high schools in our city with their parents or other legal guardians after graduating from primary schools in other places, their parents or other legal guardians shall continue to live legally in the local area for more than 1 year, and sign labor contracts with the employer according to law. At the same time, submit the household registration book, ID card, local employment certificate (legal labor contract or industrial and commercial business license), local residence permit, real estate license or house lease contract, and student handbook of the school where the students live, and go through the relevant formalities at the district education bureau where the students live, and the district education bureau will allocate places uniformly by computer (those who work in and live in the high-tech zone will be enrolled according to the high-tech zone's enrollment policy).
High School Admission: Children of migrant workers attend high schools in Changsha. Students who have obtained junior high school status in this city can sign up for the senior high school entrance examination in this school and enjoy the high school enrollment policy in Changsha. After their children receive compulsory education in the place where they are registered, they are required to attend high school with their parents in Changsha city. After attending the registration of returning students from other places, they will take the senior high school entrance examination in Changsha, and then participate in the enrollment of senior high school education in Changsha.
Transfer policy

Transfer should comply with the relevant policies of the national and provincial education administrative departments on student status management, and be handled according to the transfer process after obtaining the consent of the transfer school and the local education administrative department. Generally, it should be carried out before the start of the new semester. In principle, transfer is not allowed in the spring semester and the last semester of the graduation grade.
Junior high school transfer: if the children of migrant workers need to transfer to junior high schools in Changsha, their parents or other legal guardians must continue to live legally in the local area for more than 1 year, sign a labor contract with the employer according to law, and submit the household registration book, ID card, employment certificate of this city (legal labor contract or business license), residence permit, real estate license or house lease contract of this city, and student handbook of the school where the students originally attended. Parents can contact the junior high school around their place of residence. If there is no surplus degree in the schools around the place of residence, the education bureau of the district where the place of residence is located shall coordinate the arrangement according to the principle of relative proximity and overall arrangement.
Transfer should comply with the relevant policies of the national and provincial education administrative departments on student status management, and be handled according to the transfer process after obtaining the consent of the transfer school and the local education administrative department. Generally, it should be carried out before the start of the new semester, and the graduation grade should not be transferred in principle last semester.
High school transfer: In high school, if it is really necessary to transfer to a scholar due to changes in parents' work, family migration or other legitimate reasons, you should contact the receiving school yourself and go through the transfer procedures according to the requirements of the Interim Measures for the Management of Students' Status in Ordinary High Schools in Hunan Province.
