Xinwenjie Education and Training Center was established in May 2005, with independent legal personality, specializing in national vocational education and training and related academic education. In 2006, with the approval of the Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the Vocational Skills Appraisal Institute of the Department of Labor and Social Security of Zhejiang Province, it was authorized to become the first designated training center for used car appraisers and the national special skills certification training center for automobile maintenance. Fully responsible for the training and certification, teaching research, information consultation, talent exchange and professional ability training of used car appraisers and automobile collision appraisers in the field of automobile circulation service in Zhejiang Province, and trained more than 4,000 automobile professionals for Zhejiang Province and surrounding provinces.
