The "two belts" refer to the ecological landscape belt of Anhaiwan-Dayingxi-Shibi Reservoir and the characteristic landscape belt along the southern coast. Anhaiwan-Dayingxi-Shibi Reservoir ecological landscape belt forms an ecological landscape belt connecting mountains and seas through water system and green space on both sides of the river. There are scenic spots such as Shibi Reservoir Scenic Area, Anping Bridge Tourism Scenic Area, Water Sports Center, Zheng Chenggong Cultural Tourism Zone, etc. At the same time, make full use of the southern coastline, create a coastal landscape belt, and enhance the image of the entire southern wing new city (Anping District) and even Quanzhou.

According to the standards of big cities, urban roads are divided into four categories: expressways, trunk roads, secondary trunk roads and branch roads.

Green space planning

"Duodian" refers to urban parks, mainly including comprehensive parks, characteristic parks, residential parks, country parks and riverside parks. It is planned to reserve as many wetlands as possible on both sides of Daying River, especially in Anping Bridge, to form the green lung of the city, and to leave enough green space on both sides of other streams to form an ecological corridor. In terms of surface sea, it is necessary to combine the natural morphological characteristics of Anhai Bay to form an urban landscape integrating surface sea and Haicheng. Waterfront and coastal buildings should cooperate with each other in scale, interface length of single building and exterior wall design, and develop in the form of hierarchical height to form a sense of hierarchy and rhythm.
