Why can't you recruit people when you raise your salary?

There are several reasons why I still can't find someone after I get a raise.

The first reason is that the company has limited development space and no popularity, so many people are reluctant to apply, and feel that joining such a unit will not have any great development prospects. After all, people who are looking for jobs now are all born after 90, and they will not be wronged casually.

The second reason is that the recruitment time is wrong, and there is also a suitable recruitment time. For example, when college students are about to graduate and a large number of job seekers are looking for jobs, it is relatively easy to recruit at this time, so it is futile to raise wages, and there are not so many job seekers in the market.

The third reason is that there is no suitable publicity channel and the recruitment channel and platform are not strong enough. Not so many people see their recruitment needs and their salary increase information. Naturally, few people apply for resumes.

In fact, recruiting people still needs long-term consideration. It's best to make a recruitment plan, sometimes it has little to do with salary.
