1984, Mr. Liu Zhenying, the fifth generation descendant of our school, resumed this prestigious time-honored food enterprise.
After Beijing Daoxiang Village resumed business on 1984, thanks to the painstaking efforts of the older generation of industrialists and businessmen headed by Liu Zhenying, it won unanimous praise from consumers for its unique and high-quality products. With the management mode of "store after store" and excellent service, it has won the market, developed rapidly in production and operation, and achieved remarkable social and economic benefits.
It has been nearly 30 years since Beijing Daoxiang Village 1984 resumed business at the beginning. Daoxiang Village has grown to 35 direct stores, with the scale of 100 plus franchisees. The management mode of enterprises has gradually changed from traditional experience management to institutionalized and modern management. The new processing plants located in seven high-tech industrial parks in Changping District have been put into use, and the original ones are low-tech, labor-intensive and semi-manual. The traditional mode of production characterized by this has been changed, and the mechanization, automation and industrialization of food production have also been greatly improved. Daoxiang village
According to historical records, after Emperor Qianlong went to Suzhou Daoxiang Village to eat cakes, he praised it as "delicious in food" and immediately wrote the words "Daoxiang Village", which became famous all over the world.
There are two Daoxiang villages in Beijing, one is Beijing Daoxiang Village, which moved northward in Nanjing during Guangxu period, and the other is Suzhou Daoxiang Village Branch Beijing Sudao Food Co., Ltd. registered in Beijing in 2005.
Daoxiang village, Beijing
Beijing Daoxiang Village Factory is located in Beiqijia Town Industrial Science and Technology Park, Changping District. Daoxiang Village in Beijing was founded in 1895 (Guangxu 2 1). Nandian Beikai is the first shop in Suzhou Daoxiang Village, which is located in Kannonji outside the front door. It is very distinctive (it is called "Daoxiang Village Huo Nan Store"), and it is the first store in Beijing to produce and operate Nanwei food. Due to the war, it was forced to close at 1926. It is a well-known pastry shop in Beijing and the first choice for foreigners to buy "Beijing flavor" specialty.
Suzhou Daoxiang village
Daoxiang Village originated in Suzhou, which is a Su-style pastry. It developed in Suzhou and began in the Qianlong period of 1773. It is the owner of the trademark of Daoxiang Village. Suzhou Daoxiang Village North Processing Factory is located in Tongzhou Food Industrial Park, covering an area of 100 mu. It has six world-advanced production lines for cakes, moon cakes, pastries and snack foods, with an annual production scale of 2 billion yuan. Suzhou Daoxiang Village's Suzhou-style mooncake making skills have been listed in the "Intangible Cultural Heritage" list. Seeing that Daoxiang Village's business is booming, in 19 1 1, the village's master Wang He and Zhu Youqing set up another portal and opened a Nanwei pastry shop "Gui Xiang Village" opposite Daoxiang Village in Cannongji Street. 19 16, Zhang (pseudonym Chunshan), who learned the cooking skills of Nanwei cuisine in Daoxiang village faction, also became independent from Daoxiang village and became known as "Daoxiangchun" in Dongan market. In this way, in Beijing, several southern cuisines compete with each other.
Since then, more and more Nanwei food stores have blossomed everywhere in Beijing, and the trend of "going south and going north" in the pastry industry has intensified. Around the 1920s, besides Daoxiangchun and Gui Xiang villages in Beijing, there were Mingji, Hutchison and Senji Daoxiang villages in Tianjin, Dacige cakes in Baoding, Daoxiang village in Shijiazhuang and Taiyuan Old Village. As a result, the earliest Daoxiang village business in Beijing was greatly affected. Coupled with political turmoil and warlord melee, 1926, the famous Daoxiang Village Nanhuo Store in Beijing was forced to close down for more than half a century.
Although "Daoxiang Village" closed down, its Nanwei cuisine school has not been interrupted. Some workers in Daoxiang Village have inherited their traditional crafts, and Gui Xiang Village and Daoxiangchun have also followed the traditional crafts and management methods of Daoxiang Village, which have been passed down from generation to generation. Today, Liu Zhenying, the former chairman of Beijing Daoxiangcun Food Co., Ltd., is the fifth generation descendant of this faction. Unlike many time-honored brands that embarked on the "public-private partnership" in the 1950s and 1960s, Daoxiang Village in Beijing did not go through the history of planned economy. After the reform and opening up, everything in China has been restored and everything is in full swing. 1In April, 1983, the China Democratic National Construction Association and the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce held a traditional food consultation forum in Beijing. Liu Zhenying, then deputy director of the Dongcheng District Federation of Industry and Commerce in Beijing, attended the meeting and listened to the instructions of "resuming the development of famous factories, famous shops and specialty products". This meeting has also become an epoch-making meeting in the history of Daoxiang Village.
After the meeting, with the support of the Federation of Industry and Commerce and the government, Liu Zhenying actively planned to invite the old technicians and workers from Daoxiang Village back. At that time, Beixinqiao Street was having a headache to solve the employment problem of unemployed youth. So the street invested 80 thousand yuan to vacate a street sewing factory in Gongjiangying Hutong, north of Dongzhimen, and turned it into a factory in Daoxiang Village. Unemployed youth became skilled food workers, and the old brand reopened.
1984 65438+1On October 22nd, Dongsi North Street, the first salesroom in Beijing Daoxiang Village, was officially opened. There is still more than an hour to leave the door, and many customers have lined up in the cold wind. Everyone is attracted by it, and employees are overwhelmed by the influx of customers. Until the evening, many customers went into the store to buy things. After the news of the opening of Daoxiang Village spread, many suburban counties and foreigners entrusted people to help buy it back.
After Beijing Daoxiang Village resumed business, it inherited the traditional technology of Nanwei food, adhered to the service concept of "honesty first, customer first", and quickly opened up the situation in Beijing with high-quality products. 1In September, 1994, Beijing Daoxiangcun Food Group Company was formally established, and in 2005, it was restructured into Beijing Daoxiangcun Food Co., Ltd. Today, there are nearly 100 chain stores, a logistics distribution center and more than 300 sales outlets in Beijing Daoxiangcun, and the first step to build a characteristic community store has been taken. Established the largest and most advanced production base of traditional food industry in China; Production of cakes, meat, frozen food, moon cakes, Yuanxiao, Zongzi and other seasonal foods * * * more than 600 varieties; The annual sales amount is nearly 2 billion yuan, and it has won many honors such as "China Time-honored Brand" and "Beijing Famous Trademark". However, due to historical reasons, the trademark of "Daoxiang Village" belongs to Daoxiang Village in Suzhou, so Daoxiang Village in Beijing registered its own "Sanhe" trademark to show the difference.
Nowadays, there are not only exquisite cakes, fresh cooked meat, vegan palace dishes made of dozens of bean products, all kinds of dried fruit roasted seeds and nuts in the chain stores in Daoxiang Village, Beijing, but also traditional foods that are rare in other places, such as rice distiller's grains, rice cakes, fried red fruits, etc., which are mouth-watering. In addition, bright glass counters, stainless steel clips dedicated to collecting money and changing money, and white coats for salespeople to change money all year round. The business department of Daoxiang Village is crowded every day, which has already become the most lively scene of business in Beijing.
