The land market, also known as the primary market, is under the responsibility of the Bureau of Land and Resources.
Of course, there are three ways to acquire land:
1- Land allocation, the city has a plan, and different regions have different requirements for land attributes; Distribution refers more to the distribution of public welfare and other related departments, such as schools and institutions;
2- Land transfer means bidding, auction and affiliation;
3- land transfer, that is, second-hand land, others bought the land and bought it without development.
