How to build a new team?

To build a new team, my experience is to do a good job in the following three aspects.

First of all, I put team communication first. Communication is the premise of all work. Decision-making, tasks, suggestions and feedback, and coordination among team members are all inseparable from communication. Good communication becomes the foundation of team building. Communication plays an important role in improving team work efficiency and resolving potential contradictions. Any decision or task at work needs an effective communication process, and the communication process is the process of understanding and conveying the decision. Whenever a decision or task is released, the decision-maker should communicate with the executor in order to reach a * * * understanding of the decision or task, so that the executor can accurately execute the decision or task and avoid execution errors caused by misinterpreting the decision or task. Communication is a bridge between all members of the team. Good communication can resolve unnecessary contradictions in the team and form a United team.

Secondly, team leaders should be strong. As the saying goes, "All is fair in war", leadership has a great influence on the role of the team. Leadership can be literally understood as "leading and guiding", and the dictionary means "leading and guiding in a certain direction". As big as the country, as small as a small team of several people, all need leadership. Team leaders not only make correct and beneficial decisions for the team, but also set an example for each member of the team. Team leaders should play the role of coach and backing in the team and provide necessary guidance and support for team members. Only excellent team leaders can bring out excellent teams.

The new team should not only do a good job in team building, but also strengthen team learning so that the team can form a learning team. Nowadays, social technology is updated quickly and contains a lot of information, so we must strengthen our study to "keep pace with the times". A team that is good at learning will have enough technical strength and technical reserves to face the work and create achievements.
