Article 5 This contract is valid for 5 years. During the validity of this contract, Party B promises:
1. Party B shall take fire prevention, theft prevention and other safety measures on its own to enhance the safety of electricity and water use, and shall not pull and connect wires indiscriminately; Regularly check the security of anti-theft, fire prevention, electricity use and water use. If all losses and damages are caused by improper measures taken by Party B or a third party, Party B shall repair and restore the original state by itself, and the losses shall be borne by Party B. 5. Party B shall abide by the community management convention, and shall not pile up sundries and garbage in public areas to ensure the cleanliness of public areas and the safety of life and property of himself and others. In case of any accident, Party B shall bear the responsibility.
