Website filing process
Website sponsors log in and access the service provider's enterprise system.
Website organizers can choose three login methods when filing a website:
Method 1: The website organizer logs into the ministerial system, obtains the list of enterprises providing access services for your website through the "Self-filing Navigation" column on the main page (only one access service provider can be selected), and enters the enterprise-side filing system to handle the website filing business.
Method 2: The website sponsor directly logs into the enterprise system of the access service provider.
The website sponsor logs into the enterprise system of the access service provider to report information independently or the access service provider submits information on its behalf;
Website sponsors-> enter the service provider's enterprise system through two login methods and register users->; Fill in the filing information-> access service provider to check the information and feed it back to the website organizer.
The website organizer entrusts the access service provider to report all the filing information of the website and verify the authenticity of the information-> the access service provider verifies the filing information-> submits the filing information to the provincial management bureau system.
Access service provider to verify the filing information process:
The access service provider verifies the filing information submitted by the website sponsor in person: collect the photos of the person in charge of the website in person; According to the certificate information of the website sponsor, the filing information submitted to the access service provider system is verified; Fill in the Verification Form for the Authenticity of Website Filing Information. If the record information is correct, the access service provider shall submit it to the Provincial Administration for review; If the information is wrong, the visitor will indicate the error message prompt in the remarks column and return it to the website organizer for modification.
Information flow of the website organizer, Provincial Communications Administration, for auditing and filing:
The provincial administration where the website sponsor is located shall review the filing information. If the audit fails, it will be returned to the enterprise system and modified by the access service provider. After approval, the generated record number, record password (and sent to the website organizer's mailbox) and record information will be uploaded to the ministerial system and distributed to the enterprise system, and the access service provider will notify the website organizer of the record number.
Non-operating website filing process
(1) Log in to the ICP/IP address/domain name information filing management system of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology;
(2) Select "Self-filing Navigation" on the right side of the webpage, select the province where the access provider is located, enter the name and verification code of the access provider, and click "Enter";
(3) Click the name of the inquired access provider, and the system will automatically jump to the access provider filing page;
(4) Register on the home page of the access provider and fill in the filing information. For details, please check the application process on the webpage or consult the access provider.
(5) Individual webmasters shall personally check and take photos for the record, and this regulation shall come into force on February 20 10/3;
(6) With the approval of the Communications Administration, indicate the website ICP record number at the lower end of the homepage of the website.

The materials required for filing are as follows:

After preparing these materials, submit all the materials to the Comprehensive Accreditation Center of the Public Security Bureau, and the Public Security Bureau will review all the filing materials, and complete the review within 15 working days.
After approval, the filing user should pay attention to check the filing icon and the filing certificate issued by the Public Security Bureau (in which the filing icon is issued by e-mail and the filing certificate is issued by postal express), and put the filing icon at the bottom of the homepage of the website in time after receiving it. At this point, the filing work is completed.
