Many companies have been supported by a certain level (vice president of factory manufacturing) at the beginning and achieved considerable success, and then "sell" the results of lean success to higher management.
Lean production is an interlocking work, and the contents of each part should be connected reasonably to avoid the weak foundation and the difficulty in carrying out the next step, and at the same time, it is also necessary to avoid wasting too much time and making the result go away. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of on-site management methods in line with the actual situation of China manufacturing enterprises, establish corresponding auxiliary systems according to the objectives, improve on-site quality management and equipment maintenance, introduce production improvement, and refine various management tasks, which will be mastered and implemented by all on-site operators.
