Re-confirmation of the certificate of no room: if the applicant holds the certificate of no room for the extraction of leased commercial housing issued by Lanzhou Housing Management Department, the front desk staff will re-confirm the certificate of no room, and check the ID numbers of the applicant and his spouse in the center loan, extraction and filing system to confirm whether the applicant's family has room records in the center, and if there is no room record, it will be handled; If there is a room record, it will not be handled; There is a room record, but the applicant declares that it has been transferred or the property is divided, and the transfer actually causes the applicant to have no room. The applicant shall be required to provide relevant transfer information and further confirm the fact that there is no room before handling it. If the information such as filing, withdrawal and loan is invalid due to the redistribution of the purchased house by the house purchasing staff, the applicant shall be required to provide the return certificate issued by the unit before handling it.
