2. Verify that the mobile phone is turned on to block short messages, or some short message interception software is installed. It is recommended that the mobile phone card be replaced by another mobile phone.
3. If the bound mobile phone number is no longer used, you can choose to modify the mobile phone binding;
4. Verify whether the mobile phone can receive SMS normally, and can't receive SMS when it is down or in arrears.
5. If it still doesn't work, it is recommended to contact the securities company for handling.
