What is the legal basis for the disclosure of government information?

Legal analysis: the disclosure of government information refers to the information produced or obtained by administrative organs in the process of performing their duties, recorded and preserved in a certain form, and published in a timely and accurate manner.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on the Openness of Government Information, the administrative organ shall voluntarily disclose government information that meets one of the following basic requirements:

(a) involving the vital interests of citizens, legal persons or other organizations; (2) It needs extensive understanding or participation of the public; (3) Reflecting the institutional setup, functions and procedures of the administrative organs; (four) other information that should be voluntarily disclosed by laws, regulations and relevant provisions of the state.
