Efforts have been made to complete the closed renovation and creation of Huaxing's "mixed residential area", make a preliminary exploration on the property management of Huaxing's mixed residential area, guide residents to elect and set up their own owners' committees, and carry out the renovation and construction of the residential area according to residents' wishes, which has achieved certain results. In 2009, the community carried out activities such as "People's Forum", "My Family Show", Community Neighborhood Festival, fun games and "Happy Week", which enriched the amateur cultural life of community residents, further enriched and optimized the grassroots party building work, further promoted the work of the two committees in the community, improved the satisfaction of community residents with community work, and built a platform for building a harmonious community.
