"What makes people even more angry is that they spent money to buy apartments and commercial office buildings." The owner said that all the publicity contents of 20 18 showed that Yuexiangjia was a 4.8-meter-high apartment building, but did not specify the difference between the planning of the south building and the north building. The price difference between apartments and commercial office buildings is at least twice. The price of surrounding commercial office buildings is more than 1000 yuan per square meter, while the price here is as high as 22,000 yuan per square meter.

The purchase contract signed also indicates that it is a commercial office building. As for the refund of the price difference, it is also impossible, because at that time, the houses in the north and south buildings were all one room and one price, and they were all publicized in the price department.
