The notice also made it clear that these enterprises and branches engaged in housing leasing business in Shenzhen also need to submit the rental housing information and transaction information within the administrative area of Shenzhen to the leasing platform in time. From June 5438+1 October1day, 2020, the house information and transaction information (including the data submitted before) submitted to the leasing platform must include the house code and address.
It is understood that at present, Shenzhen has accurately grasped the basic situation of all kinds of houses in the city by establishing house codes and setting a unique "ID number" for houses, combined with the collection of various property rights information of houses. At present, there are 595,000 buildings (halls), 1 1 10,000 sets of general buildings (houses) and more than 60,000 residential, office and commercial buildings in the city. In the future, the housing coded address will also be associated with the satellite image map, electronic map, Baidu and other commercial maps of the planning and land department, forming a unified coded address library in the city. The establishment of address database will be widely used in the fields of population management, residence permit application, degree application, housing lease management, registration and supervision of commercial entities, urban construction planning and so on. It effectively solves the problem of difficult urban management and social governance, and provides a foundation for refined management and precise governance.
According to the staff of the Municipal Grid Office, applicants can give feedback to the grid management department online or offline if they encounter problems such as incorrect address information and missing address information. After receiving the feedback, the grid management department will promptly notify the relevant grid staff to check and update.
