1. Before the captain's house was renovated, it was eroded by sea breeze and rain all the year round, and the brick-concrete structure was thin, which had certain security risks. The humid and perishable climatic conditions at the seaside also caused a large area of indoor water leakage. So this work was designed by Zhixiang Architectural Design Studio.
The captain's family hopes to build three more floors under the existing conditions to better meet the current needs of the captain's family.
