1, students with household registration in this province (as of March 4, 20 14) or college education or above (fresh graduates excluding Wei Peisheng) (formerly registered in Guizhou, now studying and working abroad); Counties in contiguous poverty-stricken areas of Guizhou Province (see Annex 2), towns (except towns, offices and organs where the county seat is located) and organs (hereinafter referred to as "contiguous poverty-stricken towns and organs") can recruit high school or technical secondary school graduates;
