The administrative service center, formerly known as the administrative examination and approval service center, is a comprehensive administrative service organization integrating information consultation, examination and approval fees and complaint supervision. The main functions of the administrative service hall are: (1) to be responsible for the management and service of the administrative service hall; Formulate measures for the administration of administrative service halls and organize their implementation, guide the stationed units to provide convenient and quick "one-stop" services for enterprises, institutions and citizens, and do a good job in coordination and service for the units stationed in the halls to carry out their work smoothly; (two) actively promote the construction of e-government in the administrative service hall; Organize the development, application and maintenance management of the e-government system for administrative examination and approval of units stationed in the administrative service hall to improve the efficiency and transparency of examination and approval; (3) Formulating and organizing the implementation of the government information disclosure system in the administrative service hall, perfecting the system of openness in handling affairs, standardizing and simplifying procedures, and constantly improving the administrative efficiency of the government, and inspecting and urging the units stationed in the administrative service hall to provide standardized, transparent, efficient and high-quality services for citizens, enterprises and institutions; (four) to provide relevant policy advice, work guidelines, introduce the norms of handling documents, accept customers' complaints about window services, and accept relevant suggestions; Responsible for the supervision and coordination of the reform of the examination and approval system for major projects; (five) unified organization of the evaluation of the unit window and its staff in the hall, and the evaluation results of the staff as an important basis for the original unit's annual assessment.
Legal basis: In case of any of the following circumstances in Article 44 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employer shall pay wages higher than the normal working hours of the workers according to the following standards: (1) If the workers are arranged to extend their working hours, they shall pay wages not less than 150% of the wages; (2) If workers are arranged to work on rest days but cannot be arranged for compensatory time off, they shall be paid a salary of not less than 200% of their wages; (3) If workers are arranged to work on legal holidays, they shall be paid no less than 300% of their wages.
