In order to standardize the post-qualification supervision of construction enterprises and improve the supervision efficiency, according to the Regulations on the Administration of Construction Enterprise Qualification and other relevant laws and regulations, the Provincial Department plans to establish a unified "double random" supervision system for post-qualification supervision and inspection of construction enterprises in the province, and relevant experts are recommended from the staff of the examination and approval authorities at or above the county level in the province and the enterprise personnel listed in the engineering enterprise qualification expert database of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Proposed conditions
(a) familiar with the construction enterprise qualification examination and approval business;
(2) Being in good health, under the age of 65, and having no record of bad behavior;
(three) familiar with the laws, regulations, rules and qualification standards related to the qualification management of construction enterprises;
(four) adhere to the principle of impartiality, decent style, honesty and self-discipline, and enthusiastically assist the supervision departments at all levels to carry out supervision and inspection work;
(5) Abide by discipline, obey management and consciously accept supervision.

Three. Related requirements
(a) the competent department of construction of each district and city shall be responsible for the recommendation work in the local area, and complete the recommendation work in an all-round way according to the quota allocation table and quota allocation details in the local area and the personnel level of cities and counties.
(II) All localities should recommend warehousing experts in strict accordance with the recommended conditions, carefully fill in the Expert Recommendation Form for Post-qualification Supervision and Inspection Expert Database of Construction Enterprises (see Annex 2), ensure that the warehousing expert information is detailed, complete and accurate, and report it to the provincial administrative service center before 20 16 12 1, and send the electronic document to the e-mail (.
