Brief introduction to "Regulations on Management of Construction Project Supervision and Related Service Charges";
Relevant departments of the State Council, development and reform commissions, price bureaus and construction departments (commissions) of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government:
In order to standardize the charging behavior of construction project supervision and related services, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the entrusting party, and promote the healthy development of the engineering supervision industry, we have formulated the Regulations on the Management of Charging for Construction Project Supervision and Related Services, which are hereby printed and distributed to you and shall come into force on May 1 2007. The Notice of the former State Price Bureau and the Ministry of Construction on Issuing the Relevant Provisions on Engineering Construction Supervision Fees ([1992] Jiafeizi No.479) shall be abolished as of the effective date of these Provisions.
