Legal basis: Measures of Shanghai Municipality on Residence Registration of Persons with Separated Households (Trial) Article 9 When handling residence registration, persons with separated households in this Municipality shall provide the following materials:
(a) the application form for residence registration of individual household registration personnel in this Municipality;
(2) My resident ID card, a copy of the household registration book or the personal information page of the collective account stamped by the personnel security department of the unit and other valid identification certificates;
(three) the certificate of residential housing property rights, the certificate of renting public houses or the certificate of housing lease registration issued by the housing administrative department.
All kinds of materials provided by the household registration separation personnel in this Municipality when applying for residence registration shall be true and effective, and fraud is strictly prohibited.
