1. 2. Families who are not registered in Qinhuangdao and own 1 set or more houses in the restricted area are temporarily unable to buy second-hand houses and new houses. Non-residents of Qinhuangdao who have paid social insurance and paid taxes continuously for more than six months can be regarded as local residents of Qinhuangdao when buying a house.

3. Real estate brokers and real estate development enterprises can't sell houses to the objects of purchase restriction when selling houses. Violation of the relevant provisions of the purchase restriction, the registration department will not accept the housing grading procedures.

4. The object of purchase restriction cannot apply for housing provident fund loans in Qinhuangdao for the time being.

5. For real estate projects that have completed land supply, the starting time shall be limited to form an effective market supply as soon as possible.
