For the living expenses and treatment fees paid by drug addicts or their families, compulsory drug rehabilitation centers shall issue receipts, keep separate accounts and manage them separately. Grain accounts are settled and published once a month. It is strictly forbidden to intercept, misappropriate or divide it up in other ways.
