The Expo is coordinated and guided by the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, sponsored by the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, co-sponsored by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Hebei Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Provincial Department of Commerce, Provincial Bureau of Radio, Film and Television, Provincial Sports Bureau, Hebei Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League and Shijiazhuang Municipal People's Government, and undertaken by Hebei Performing Arts Group.
Activity content
There are 12 exhibition areas in the main exhibition area of this Expo:
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei comprehensive exhibition area, innovation and creativity exhibition area, interactive performing arts area, culture and technology exhibition area, sculpture exhibition area, culture and education exhibition area, arts and crafts exhibition area, Four Treasures of the Study exhibition area, painting and calligraphy exhibition area, textile exhibition area, Taiwan Province province exhibition area and characteristic cultural market area.
Exhibition scale:
The overall planning area exceeds 10000 square meters, with more than 500 exhibitors, 29 standard booths/kloc-0 and 3 special booths/kloc-0.
Display products and formats:
Film and television, animation, science and technology, performing arts, publishing, cultural creativity, baking, forging, weaving, printing and dyeing, painting, cutting and carving, sculpture, famous products, etc. Including traditional cultural products, cultural and creative products, film and television animation production, red tourism products, special handicrafts and so on.

The exhibition scope of the Expo:
Beijing and Tianjin will set up special exhibition areas for overall display. Special cultural products from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong, Henan, Inner Mongolia, Taiwan Province and other places will also appear in this Expo. Strengthen the integration of culture and tourism, and increase the display of characteristic towns and the promotion of tourist attractions. In addition, Zhangjiakou gift exhibition area and Baoding gift exhibition area have been opened to promote the winter Olympic culture and help the development of the ice and snow industry.
