The computer can't enter the system, and it shows "Your account has been disabled, please consult the system administrator".

First restart-(normal startup)

Press F8-(this is the well-known-start option)

Select Safe Mode-(Note: it is not a safe mode with commands, but a safe mode. F8 first option)

Enter the login password-(enter your startup password, even if your account is disabled, you can log in here, don't worry)

When the system is fully logged into the desktop.

Start-Settings-Control Panel-Administrative Tools-Computer Management-System Tools-Local Users and Groups-Users-Administrators-Right-click-Properties.

Find "Account has been deactivated"-uncheck the previous box-click OK-restart.

Restart the system and press F8 to enter the administrator account in safe mode or other accounts with administrator rights. Of course, if a password is set, you must enter it, then open the command line tool (cmd.exe), enter "net user your disabled account name/active: yes" and press enter. Note: You don't need to enter quotation marks. You should use spaces before slashes.
