Article 14
A family service contract shall at least include the following contents:

Article 12
Family service agencies shall not have the following acts in family service activities:

(2) Failing to provide services as agreed in the service contract;
(3) Instructing domestic waiters to drive up prices or intentionally breach contracts to defraud service fees;
(4) publishing false advertisements or concealing true information to mislead consumers;
(five) the use of family services to force the sale of goods to consumers;
(six) seizure, arrears of wages or high management fees of domestic servants, and other acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of domestic servants;
(seven) the seizure of the identity, education, qualification certificate and other documents of the domestic waiter.
