East China University of Political Science and Law (formerly "East China University of Political Science and Law") is the first batch of higher political science and law institutions established in New China. In March 2007, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the school was officially renamed East China University of Political Science and Law. Third, the recruitment method

2. Evaluation

(1) Qualification examination. The personnel department of the school conducts screening and qualification examination according to the information of candidates, and organizes interviews. The personnel department is responsible for organizing written examinations and interviews for counselors and management assistants, and recommending them to the department.

(2) Assessment by the employing department. Those who pass the interview in the personnel department shall be recommended by the personnel department to the employing department. After interviewing with the employing department, submit the proposed employment report to the personnel department.

(3) political review. The personnel department inspects the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, law-abiding and honesty records, and examines the candidates' qualifications.

(4) physical examination. The personnel to be hired shall submit the physical examination certificate of the second-class hospital or above to the personnel department.

3. Publicity and employment

The personnel department will report the examination and physical examination results of the personnel to be hired to the principal's office for consideration.
