Second, look at the level of qualification.
Building qualifications are graded, and different qualification grades correspond to different reporting departments.
For example, the general contracting qualification of construction projects is divided into four grades. Generally speaking, the new third-level qualification can be handled in the prefecture-level city construction Committee, the third-level qualification can be handled in the provincial housing and construction department, and the second-level qualification and super-first-level qualification need to be handled in the housing and construction department. Involving water transport, water conservancy and other qualifications, it is necessary to carry out multi-departmental examination and approval.
Third, look at the situation of the enterprise
What needs to be clear is that the department applying for qualification must be the place where the company is registered. But if the enterprise wants to save money, it can also set up a company in the western region with lower application cost, and then complete the qualification process with less money.
The following qualifications of a construction enterprise shall be licensed by the competent department of housing and urban construction of the Municipal People's Government where the industrial and commercial registration enterprise is located:
1, Grade III qualification of construction general contracting qualification sequence (excluding Grade III qualification of railway and communication engineering construction general contracting);
2, professional contracting qualification sequence level 3 qualification (excluding railway professional contracting qualification) and ready-mixed concrete, formwork scaffolding professional contracting qualification;
3. Construction service qualification.
The following qualifications of construction enterprises are licensed by the competent departments of housing and urban construction of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government where the enterprises are registered for industry and commerce:
1, Grade II qualification of construction general contracting qualification sequence, Grade III qualification of railway and communication engineering construction general contracting;
2, professional contracting qualification sequence level 1 qualification (excluding highway, water transport, water conservancy, railway, civil aviation and contracting level 1 qualification involving multiple professions);
3. Secondary qualification of professional contracting qualification sequence (excluding secondary qualification of railway and civil aviation professional contracting); Third-level qualification of railway professional contracting; Contracting qualification of special engineering specialty.
The following qualifications of construction enterprises are licensed by the competent department of housing and urban construction in the State Council:
1, special qualification, first-class qualification and second-class qualification for general contracting of railway engineering;
2. Professional contracting qualification sequence: first-class qualification for highway, water transport, water conservancy, railway and civil aviation and second-class qualification for railway and civil aviation; Professional contracting first-class qualification involving multiple majors.
