Measurement method

Put the package to be tested into the measuring area of the instrument, and the Goodscan express bubble counter will automatically identify and measure the package's volume, weight, barcode and other information. After the measurement is completed, there will be a light prompt or a sound prompt. At this point, you can take off your bag. The whole measurement process is less than 1 sec.

The measurement results will be displayed on the screen. The left side shows the picture of the measured object, and the right side shows the volume, weight, barcode and other information of the object. Measurement data will be automatically saved, and users can also choose to upload data.

Bubble counting calculation method
Express bubble counting refers to taking the larger of the volume weight and the actual weight of the mail as the charging weight, and then calculating the postage receivable according to the tariff standard. The calculation formula of volume weight is: mail volume weight (kg)= length (cm)× width (cm)× height (cm)/ bubble counting ratio. The length, width and height of the mail are calculated according to the dimensions of the longest, widest and highest part of the natural outline of the outer packaging of the mail.
For domestic express delivery (including inter-provincial, intra-provincial and intra-city express delivery services), international and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao express delivery services, for the time being, only the mail with a width, length and height exceeding 60cm (including 60cm) is bubbled and counted.
The bubble counting ratio of domestic express mail, international express mail and express mail from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao is tentatively set at 8000 cm3/kg, that is, volume weight (kg)= length (cm)× width (cm)× height (cm)/8000 (cm3/kg), and it gradually transitions to 6000 cm3/kg, which is in line with the industry.
In order to improve work efficiency, measure the length, width and height of the above mail to the nearest centimeter and round it to zero.
