The ceremony is divided into seven processes.

Item 3: The studio plan was announced by Mr. Kang Lei, the head teacher of Cai Ying Middle School.

Teacher Kang Lei said that the slogan of the studio is "study hard, learn extensively and memorize, and take educating people as our responsibility". Through theoretical reading, special discussion, case analysis and other forms, let each member become a practitioner of class management and moral education research, thus forming a "group effect" and then becoming the characteristics of county junior high school management.

Item 4: The young class teacher spoke on behalf of Teacher Jia Haoqiang.

Teacher Jia is a novice class teacher who has just stepped onto the podium. He is the youngest head teacher in the school. He deeply felt that his education road was bumpy. He looks forward to learning from everyone in the class teacher's studio team and improving his education and teaching ability and skills.

Item 5: Jiao Yue, the headmaster of Cai Ying Middle School, unveiled the class teacher's studio and took a group photo with all the class teachers as a souvenir.

Item 6: President Jiao Yue delivered a speech for the studio and made an important speech.

President Jiao asked all the class teachers to take the studio as the carrier, comprehensively improve the professional level of the class teacher team, and build a class teacher team with good ethics, strong ability, fine business and fine management.

President Jiao suggested that the studio should not aim too high, do not engage in ostentation and extravagance, and put an end to formalism.

And put forward four expectations and requirements.

After the launching ceremony, all studio teachers listened to the first special training shared by Kang Lei.

Teacher Kang shared a special lecture on "Writing Teachers' Life Legends", talked about the significance of educational narrative to teachers' case writing, commented on the cases handed in by teachers, and instructed teachers on how to write educational narrative.
