Cai Ying Middle School, as a newly-built junior high school established less than two months ago, is facing the reality that the head teacher is younger. It has become an important task for Cai Ying middle school to set up a class teacher's studio.
Mr Kang Lei has been devoted to the study of class management. He is the third cleverest and the second influential head teacher in Henan Province.
The school implores Mr. Kang to lead the young class teacher and set up a studio research team, hoping to improve the professional level of the class teacher and improve the class management ecology. At the same time, gather collective wisdom, strengthen the spirit of cooperation, improve the level of school moral education and improve the quality of elite middle schools.
The award ceremony and launching ceremony was presided over by director Zhang Hongjie.
The ceremony is divided into seven processes.
The first item: Director Geng Xin of the School's Political and Educational Office read out the articles of association of Kang Lei's head teacher's studio in Cai Ying Middle School, and put forward comprehensive and standardized requirements for the development of the head teacher's studio from the school level;
The second item: President Li Duanling described the preparation process and work implementation of the class teacher's studio, read out the division of labor among the members of the class teacher's studio, and presented the book "Being a professional class teacher" to each member of the studio, calling on everyone to improve their professional quality through professional reading;
Item 3: The studio plan was announced by Mr. Kang Lei, the head teacher of Cai Ying Middle School.
Teacher Kang Lei said that the slogan of the studio is "study hard, learn extensively and memorize, and take educating people as our responsibility". Through theoretical reading, special discussion, case analysis and other forms, let each member become a practitioner of class management and moral education research, thus forming a "group effect" and then becoming the characteristics of county junior high school management.
Item 4: The young class teacher spoke on behalf of Teacher Jia Haoqiang.
Teacher Jia is a novice class teacher who has just stepped onto the podium. He is the youngest head teacher in the school. He deeply felt that his education road was bumpy. He looks forward to learning from everyone in the class teacher's studio team and improving his education and teaching ability and skills.
Item 5: Jiao Yue, the headmaster of Cai Ying Middle School, unveiled the class teacher's studio and took a group photo with all the class teachers as a souvenir.
Item 6: President Jiao Yue delivered a speech for the studio and made an important speech.
President Jiao asked all the class teachers to take the studio as the carrier, comprehensively improve the professional level of the class teacher team, and build a class teacher team with good ethics, strong ability, fine business and fine management.
President Jiao suggested that the studio should not aim too high, do not engage in ostentation and extravagance, and put an end to formalism.
And put forward four expectations and requirements.
After the launching ceremony, all studio teachers listened to the first special training shared by Kang Lei.
Teacher Kang shared a special lecture on "Writing Teachers' Life Legends", talked about the significance of educational narrative to teachers' case writing, commented on the cases handed in by teachers, and instructed teachers on how to write educational narrative.
After the discussion, Mr. Kang sent an invitation to all the class teachers, expecting the class teachers to pick up their pens and start writing their own educational stories, feel the beauty of life, feel the joy of education and find their own professional value!
