Fourth, the recruitment process
1. Publish recruitment information. The army issued an announcement through the military talent network.
2. Online registration. Registration time is from 08:00 on June 10 to 10 on October 20th 18:00. Candidates log on to the military talent network to recruit civil servants with professional skills for the society in 2022, fill in personal information truthfully as required, and select employers and candidates. When choosing a position, you need to confirm whether I meet the corresponding conditions one by one. Registration is only valid if the applicant pays the fee successfully and prints out the registration receipt. After registration and payment, registration information and refund will not be changed.
3. Qualification examination. Candidates who have successfully paid the fee should contact the applicants by telephone before 654381October 22 18:00, and provide relevant supporting materials according to the qualification requirements. Those who fail the exam or fail to provide proof materials as required will not be arranged to take the exam.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Once you find that you do not meet the recruitment conditions, you will be disqualified from the examination immediately.
4. Examination and evaluation. Candidates can call the registration number, print the admission ticket on the designated website, and take the theoretical examination and skill assessment with the admission ticket and resident ID card. The time and place of theoretical examination and skill assessment shall be subject to the notice of the employer by telephone, SMS, email, etc. Please keep the relevant contact information open.
The total scores of theoretical examination and skill assessment are converted according to the percentage system, of which the theoretical examination scores account for 40% and the skill assessment scores account for 60%.
5. Determine the pre-selected objects. According to the ratio of 1:2, the employer determines the pre-selected objects from high to low according to the total scores of theoretical examination and skill assessment. Among them, the skill assessment score of less than 60 points shall not be used as the pre-selection object; If the total score is the same, the ranking shall be determined in turn according to the skill assessment score and the operation skill sub-score.
6. Physical examination and political assessment. Physical examination and psychological examination are carried out in medical institutions designated by the army, and the expenses are borne by the employer. Organize political assessment for pre-selected objects who pass physical examination and psychological examination.
7. Determine the candidates to be hired. For the pre-selected objects that pass the physical examination and political examination, the employer shall determine the objects to be employed according to the total scores of the examination and assessment.
Candidates voluntarily give up the qualifications to be employed, and the employer can make up for them from the pre-selected candidates who have passed the physical examination and political examination in turn according to the total scores of theoretical examination and skill assessment.
8. Publicity of results. The army will publicize the list of candidates to be hired through the military talent network, and at the same time announce the telephone number and e-mail address for supervision and acceptance, and accept social supervision. The publicity period is 5 days.
9. Employment approval. Candidates who have no objection to publicity or reflect problems that do not affect employment shall be examined and approved for employment in accordance with the prescribed authority, and employment contracts shall be signed.
