Fourth, financial settlement.

(1) Payment and refund of bid bond:

2. Refund: After the winning bidder is determined, the unsuccessful bidder will issue a receipt for refunding the bid bond and go through the formalities at the financial settlement window (1).

(2) Payment and refund of performance bond:
