According to the above responsibilities, Chengdu chenghua district Real Estate Administration has six internal organs: (1) Chengdu chenghua district Real Estate Administration Office. Responsible for the daily operation of work objectives, news, meetings, confidential documents, etc. ; Undertake information, security, confidentiality, openness of government affairs, logistics management, etc. ; Responsible for personnel management, team building, organization establishment, discipline inspection and supervision, and management of retirees of the bureau and its directly affiliated units; Responsible for the financial management of the bureau; Responsible for the budget and final accounts of the bureau organs and directly affiliated units; Supervise and inspect the financial revenues and expenditures and related economic activities of the directly affiliated units; Supervise the administrative fees of directly affiliated units; Responsible for supervising the fixed assets of organs and directly affiliated units. (2) Housing Management Department of chenghua district Real Estate Administration. Responsible for the management of state-owned public houses; Organize the maintenance of state-owned public houses and the work of flood control and fire safety; Supervise and guide the directly affiliated units to do a good job in the management of directly managed public houses; Do a good job in the reform of rural property rights system in conjunction with relevant departments. (3) Property Management Office of Chengdu chenghua district Real Estate Administration (with the sign of administrative examination and approval office). Responsible for the supervision and management of the property industry in the whole region; Responsible for the establishment of the regional property service personnel practice roster; Responsible for the filing of the budget for the use of special housing maintenance funds, the bidding and winning of housing leasing and property service projects, and the entry and exit of property service enterprises; To undertake the relevant administrative examination and approval items announced by the district government. (4) Chengdu chenghua district Real Estate Administration Public Housing Security Section (with the brand of chenghua district Housing Committee Office). Implement the urban and rural public housing security policy, and be responsible for the audit, confirmation and daily management of the public rental housing security qualification in the whole region; Responsible for the qualification examination of low-rent housing, affordable housing and price-limited commodity housing; Be responsible for the related work of low-rent housing in kind and rental subsidies in the whole region; Responsible for the audit of housing subsidy scheme for employees of district-level administrative institutions and the policy guidance and consultation of housing system reform. (5) Policy and Regulation Department of chenghua district Real Estate Administration. Responsible for real estate management administrative law enforcement supervision; Responsible for letters and visits to maintain stability; Establish and improve the emergency response mechanism to properly handle sudden mass incidents; Responsible for the safety production supervision of the bureau system; Responsible for the safety management of housing decoration structure in the whole region; Supervise and manage the safety and dust control of the state-owned land demolition site; Responsible for handling the suggestions of NPC deputies and CPPCC members. (6) Collection and Management Section of chenghua district Real Estate Administration. To formulate plans for house expropriation and compensation and resettlement schemes for expropriation; Accept complaints about house expropriation, explain and publicize laws and policies. Party organizations in government organs shall be established in accordance with the relevant provisions of party constitution and District Committees.
