The budget officer estimates the investment of the project before construction, and the cost officer consults (reviews) the actual cost of the project after the project is completed. Cost engineers can also engage in budget work, but budget engineers cannot engage in cost consultation.
Second, the work unit is different.
Budget personnel generally work in construction enterprises, and cost personnel generally work in cost consulting enterprises.
The gold content of the cost member is higher than that of the budget member, and the work scope is wider than that of the budget member. Cost members can work in the budget, but budget members cannot work in the cost. I suggest you apply for the cost engineer directly.
