Information to be provided when applying for personal provident fund loan:
1. 4 originals of the house purchase contract;
2. 3 originals and photocopies of the down payment receipt and 2 originals and photocopies of the bank payment voucher;
3. The original and photocopy of the household registration book, ID card and marriage certificate of the borrower and spouse;
4. The savings passbook opened by the applicant in the loan undertaking bank and its copy1;
5. 1 letter of guarantee (provided as required);
6. Housing mortgage registration and notarization procedures;
7 other information required by the housing provident fund management center.
Personal provident fund loan application process:
1. The applicant and his wife bring information to the management center for consultation, application and filling out the application form;
2. After approval, the Center will issue a power of attorney to the applicant;
3. After receiving the notice, the applicant and his wife bring all the originals to the bank to sign the contract and go through the notarization formalities at the notary office;
4. The applicant's husband and wife hold the signed contract information and wait for the seal of the seller;
5. The applicant's husband and wife hold a secured loan contract (mortgage contract) to the real estate management office for mortgage registration;
6. The applicant's husband and wife hold the registered loan contract (mortgage contract) and notarial certificate to the housing provident fund service hall to receive the transfer notice, and finally hold the transfer notice to the bank for transfer procedures.
In the process of handling loans, we should pay attention to:
1. Please prepare all the materials required to apply for a loan as required;
2. The bank savings passbook provided by the applicant must be used for bank withholding and repayment (it must be submitted to the bank counter staff when opening the passbook);
