"Systematic arrangement" is a working method of mind and whole developed by Dr. BertHellinger, and it is a science that integrates life philosophy, system theory, psychodynamics, applied psychology and spiritual hypnosis of information feeling to serve life and whole.
Through the role representation and interactive presentation, "institutional arrangement" explores the root of the problem, points out the direction of solving the problem, helps people face many troubles in life, returns to the "order of love", and makes the organization and system return to "natural harmony and effective operation".
Family institutional arrangements were originally used for personal growth and family incentives. After being applied and integrated by many excellent organizers around the world, it gradually extends to the field of abstract factor arrangement and deep psychological encouragement of enterprise and organization operation management decision.
System introduction
As a social life, everyone belongs to some systems: he will be a member of a family, a resident of a community, a member of an organization … and he himself is a system, a system composed of various physical and mental elements. These large and small systems are interrelated and constitute a complete social system. Everyone in society is conceived, born and raised in such a social system.
The arrangement of the family system found that there is a universal "natural order" in the family system that affects every member. When everyone is just right, love will flow effectively. In other words, give some reliable guidance to all those who want to keep harmony with their lovers, couples, parents, children or other interpersonal relationships. At the same time, it provides a solution to the broken relationship. Explore people's spiritual dilemma through role-playing and interaction. By learning this method and its philosophy, people can adjust their interpersonal communication more effectively and plan their personal lives more clearly.
System constellation is a newly developed applied knowledge, which belongs to phenomenology. It presents our current state through case representation, thus helping people to obtain the hidden information in the system and have a clearer understanding of the handling of things. The skill of institutional arrangement is used for enterprise management, personnel disputes, future choice and other needs, which is called "organizational institutional arrangement"; When used in psychotherapy, we can find and resolve some deep-seated family troubles, which is called "family system arrangement"
basic concept
As a social life, everyone belongs to some systems: he is a member of a family, a resident of a community, a member of an organization, and he himself is a system, which is composed of various elements such as body and mind. These large and small systems are interrelated and influence each other, forming a complete social system. Everyone in society is conceived, born, grew up and died in such a social system. These developments and changes have an impact on the system structure. Institutional arrangement is a new applied technology and belongs to the category of phenomenology. It presents the state of the parties in the system through the form of case representatives, and then helps the parties to obtain the hidden information in the system, so as to have a clearer understanding of things and help the current situation of the parties.
As far as human development is concerned, the family is the most basic and important institution. Heininger found that in the family system, there are some hidden motives to control the relationship between family members-the order of love, which does not follow the social and cultural standards or rules, but operates on these standards or rules. If we get along with our families in the order of love, our relationship will be very good and everyone will grow up happily and healthily; If we ignore it, our family will be troubled, and these troubles are "implicated". Heininger found that many people's physical and mental problems are actually caused by "involvement". "Implication" can be said to be "repeating the fate of a former family member". And the beginning of many "implications" is caused by children's simple "love" for their parents in the early days, trying to take over their parents. In today's psychoanalytic concept, it is because a person has failed to separate from his parents. In a family, this unfinished separation may also be a series of "implicated" relationships in the family. "Involvement" will make a family member have incomprehensible thoughts, emotions, behaviors, poor interpersonal relationships, diseases and psychological problems from childhood, and continue throughout his life.
These hidden motives influence or control us, and we hardly realize their existence, but in fact we may feel hurt because we don't respect them. Therefore, we can know its existence from these injuries. Heininger's "family system arrangement" therapy is to expose the reasons of "involvement" through the method he developed, and often find out the possibility of solution.
In human society, everyone shoulders some hatred, resentment and sadness towards their ancestors. "Family arrangement" can quickly find and resolve these burdens. When I was in class in the United States, almost everyone in the class used an Indian indigenous case: the tutor guided a dozen students to line up in two rows behind the father and mother of the client, representing the ancestors of paternal and maternal generations, plus the brothers and sisters of the client and some relatives related by blood, and more than 20 people stood in the whole circle. Every "representative" has his own feelings and personality. Indians have a sense of hatred, sadness and guilt (sorry for the people) about whites landing in the United States. In 200 years, eight generations can imagine how heavy the burden is. No wonder aborigines everywhere have serious problems such as alcoholism.
German psychotherapist Bert Heininger discovered systematic arrangement after 25 years' research. It can be done in three ways: people and as representatives, one-on-one as mentors, and small objects on the table. In our system arrangement skill class, you will see the application of three ways. In our systematic arrangement workshop, you will see how systematic arrangement (and NLP skills) are applied to psychological consultation, because the primary purpose is to help friends in need to deal with their troubles. Friends who are watching often find that some of their systematic things will change very well: although they have not said it, they have not raised it and have not dealt with it.
trait
The subordination relations presented by institutional arrangements and the handling process of these relations have gone beyond the time and space restrictions in real life: people who are separated by decades and generations, people all over the world, and even people who are no longer in the world can appear at the same time and space.
What appears in the institutional arrangement is more real and correct than what the parties know. The truth that some parties don't know can be revealed in the systematic arrangement. There was once a customer who found out in the systematic arrangement that he was not born by his parents, and was later confirmed by his parents.
There is no "standard procedure" in the institutional arrangement-the exact "when to do what". A good instructor of institutional arrangements will not make institutional arrangements with judgment and speculation. He made full use of his feelings and let the phenomena that appeared at that time push him to make the next decision in his mind. Mr Heininger called it "phenomenological method".
Can't create the effect of systematic arrangement. We can only present all kinds of problems in the system, including the solutions. If there is no solution to the system, the director of the system arrangement can't "create" the effect of human will, because maintaining the law of system operation is beyond human thought and will.
Concrete integration
There is no "predetermined result" in institutional arrangement-an exact affirmation of "what should happen after institutional arrangement". A good director of institutional arrangement completely forgets this experience once he finishes it. He won't guarantee any effect to his customers, nor will he ask them to do anything.
"Timeline therapy" and "system integration" are the latest and highest level psychological counseling skills, which can solve the deepest problems of human beings and can only be described as "shock"!
The continuation of mankind depends on the generation of new generations, and each generation of new generations is like the growth of a branch on a tree. When this branch has special circumstances, such as damage, distortion, etc., its growth will inevitably be affected by this special situation. All new growth will be different from the pattern produced by this special situation. An African scholar once said? "The younger generation is the future of the older generation."
A group of people, whether family or career, is a system. Everyone's position in each system has its own factors, just like the growth of branches of a tree. Under normal circumstances, it will present a certain pattern, so that we can judge what tree it is from a distance through its posture. However, if the growth of the branches of this tree is affected by pests, wind and rain or other reasons, the posture after growth will be different, even special, so that we can't recognize it immediately. Members of a family often have a special influence on their own growth because of the special circumstances of the ancestors of the previous generation or earlier, and this influence will affect the growth of the next generation.
"System Constellation" refers to the method that by observing everyone's position in a group system composed of people, it shows the deviations caused by the above-mentioned growth process, and more importantly, it confirms the meaning represented by these deviations, so that relevant people can understand the reasons behind it and re-integrate the system.
The application of "system integration" in family therapy is called "family constellation", which is the most concerned new method in family therapy in Europe in recent ten years. The application of "system integration" in enterprise management is called "organizational constellation", which plays an amazing role in adjusting the roles and cooperation of members and making the operation of enterprises more successful. "System integration" can even be used to deal with personal puzzles and dilemmas.
Systematic view
Institutional arrangement has an important concept "institutional view". So, you and I are not alone. In the system, there is a great power for everyone to connect and attract each other. Within the system, everyone influences each other.
From the system point of view, the system includes blood relationship and non-blood relationship.
A person related by blood
People in blood relationship include ourselves, brothers and sisters, parents, parents' brothers and sisters, grandparents, great-grandparents, great-grandparents and great-grandparents.
These people who are related to us are important people in our system.
People who are not related by blood in the system
A person who gives up his position
From the inside of the system, the person who gives way to the people behind also belongs to our system.
The so-called abdication means that the former partner gave up the position to the latter partner, and this former partner belongs to our system. Ex-partners include the ex-partners of our parents, grandparents and grandparents.
Murder, homicide or accidental life and death events related to life and death or injury occur.
Life-and-death events will also remind each other of our system. Whether we kill each other or the other side kills us, these events will make the system related.
Unjust gain
When we get huge benefits, or others get huge benefits from us, there will be a struggle between us. For example, the grandfather in our system inherited a huge inheritance from his grandfather's uncle, but his great-grandfather's money was profiteering from selling opium, and these interests also hurt many families. These huge benefits are passed down, and those who inherit these properties often have to pay some price. [ 1]
An example
A "system integration" workshop will consist of a group of people sitting in a big circle. First, the tutor will ask the client (a person who wants to deal with some problems) to express his troubles, and then the tutor will ask the client to go into the circle, select some "representatives" who represent some roles in the system (family or company), and put these "representatives" into the circle according to the feelings of the client. These "representatives" will be dominated by all parties and determine the position and direction where everyone stands. These "representatives" include a person who represents the parties themselves. Both parties do not need to provide any information about each role. After arranging the "representatives", the parties quit and sat in their seats in the circle, ready to watch the integration process.

The tutor followed the "representatives" in the circle and asked them how they felt. These representatives will feel the true and accurate feelings, thoughts and experiences of the characters they represent. Then the tutor improves this situation by speaking and changing the position and direction of the "representative" standing. In this process, the "representatives" kept talking about the changes in feelings, ideas and experiences. When the whole system finds the ideal situation, all the "representatives" will feel relaxed and calm.
The selected "representative" doesn't need to do anything, just relax and not think deliberately, let his feelings and eyes flow out of his heart, and tell the tutor that emotional feelings and scene descriptions can often point out the reasons behind many problems. In addition, the tutor guided the "representative" to think in other places and said something to other "representatives", so many problems passed down from generation to generation were hidden and solved. In the whole process, onlookers will gain a new perspective and clearly understand the problems and solutions between people in the system. More importantly, she felt more relaxed and happy than ever afterwards.
process
When arranging, the therapist will first find a group of people, slightly more than the important members of the family from which the client comes. At the beginning of the case, the parties will be asked to choose one person to represent his father, one person to represent his mother and one person to represent himself, and then others may be chosen to represent other important members of the family system. More people may be added in the future. Then the client takes everyone's hand and intuitively takes everyone to a certain place in the room. When he did this, he didn't speak. He put everyone in the room he thought was "here" and saw the direction he wanted them to face. You don't have to ask the delegates to make any specific gestures, actions or speeches. Everyone just needs to stand where the client put it. If no one else is present in a one-on-one case, the therapist will represent the family members in different ways-pillows, chairs, pieces of paper, etc. Once the parties have arranged their families, they will sit down and observe as an idle bystander. After the delegates were arranged in a specific position in the room, some kind of connection between family members began to appear. The role of the therapist is to understand the root cause of the problem after the problem of the family system of the client is exposed, and then start to solve it. Therapists will ask delegates what it's like to stand in this position and help them find a more harmonious new position in the system. Five working forms of systematic arrangement:
form
1. Workshop form arranged by family system. 2. Network family arrangement. 3. One-on-one family arrangements. 4. Arrangement of small objects. 5. Picture arrangement.
Basic attitude
The procedures and steps of the arrangement are only simple knowledge, and they are not considered as abilities, because anyone can do it by looking at a list of steps, but an effective system arrangement requires some basic skills and abilities. There are five basic attitudes:
1, contact feeling: The teaching we received in the process of growing up emphasized the importance of conscious rationality, that is, logical analysis, truth, standards, norms and so on. However, it is easy to neglect the cultivation of sensibility, especially in terms of emotional feelings. China people are generally weaker than foreigners in understanding, expressing and applying, or handling and eliminating problems. Rational thinking is of course important, which is necessary for us to live in this world more effectively, but it only accounts for a small part of our brain ability. The subconscious mind has all the abilities of our brain. The way it communicates with us is to give us feelings and emotions. Therefore, being connected with our feelings means being connected with all our abilities. Whenever we think rationally, it is difficult for the subconscious mind to exert all its abilities. Therefore, when we need to think consciously, it is also necessary. Emotional contact is the most important first ability. To be a good instructor of institutional arrangements, it is necessary to cultivate a good ability to get in touch with feelings.
2. Not subjective and arbitrary: People are used to using what is known to understand or explain what is unknown. If they know what they can't do, they refuse to accept those things. This is a common phenomenon. Those who insist on this attitude will have limited learning speed because they can't master and use some latest things or information. For a person who has never been exposed to systematic arrangement, the first experience may be shocking. If he can accept some phenomena that he can't explain, he can learn how to use this knowledge to help himself and others. People who can't accept it may leave, so they have one less tool to help themselves in life. If you try to master and use these skills, you will get good results.
The same is true when the tutor presides over the system arrangement, so he should avoid his own subjective judgment. Hellinger emphasized that "the result of institutional arrangement can't be decided by the tutor's will", and "we can only present the situation of the system itself" means this. Don't think that certain phenomena must mean certain things, and certain things must have certain results. Exceptions and other possibilities are always allowed. A subjective and arbitrary tutor will not make a good systematic arrangement because he can't see all the possibilities.
3. Humility and respect: The tutor of a system must understand that he is only creating a space for the system to present the relationship between people and things. Mentors are not gods, they can't control the occurrence and result of things, and they are neither taller nor older than anyone else. A system must be larger than any of its members. Because we live in many large and small systems, in this world, we have many forces greater than ourselves, just like the forces of nature. We must keep a modest attitude.
Tutors should have a kind of respect for the parties and the people who represent them, and put forward things in a systematic way. They should never force or force anyone, nor should they criticize or deny anything. Everything happens naturally and for a reason. They should deal with everything that happens in the system with an attitude of acceptance and cooperation.
After systematic arrangement, the tutor should completely forget the process and never mention the names of the relevant personnel.
4. Observation and application: Experienced tutors will know the best chance to produce results in the next step through observation. He will keep trying, when the effect appears, he will continue, and when the effect does not appear, he will change. He can get a lot of data from the speech, attitude and body language of the parties concerned, and also find out what enlightenment can be given from the feelings, body language, inner thoughts and emotions of the representatives, and know what hidden clues can be tried from the comprehensive phenomenon of the whole scene. Mentors need to constantly throw away conscious thinking and only use their inner feelings to push themselves to the next step.
5. Learning of professional knowledge: To be a mentor of organizational and institutional arrangements, you need to have enough knowledge of enterprise management and family institutional arrangements, and you need a lot of professional knowledge: psychological counseling, family therapy, etc. The more knowledge, the better, but it cannot be cultivated in a short time. This knowledge enables the tutor to know what his real needs are from the visitor's words without misleading him. Tutors need to be clear about what visitors can't do and what they can do, so as not to waste time and energy on useless attempts. Tutors also need to know what is not within the scope of institutional arrangements, what is the excessive demands of visitors and so on.
To be a mentor of organizational system arrangement, if you don't have the experience and knowledge of actual enterprise management and operation, you can't grasp the key to an enterprise visitor problem; As a tutor arranged by family system, if you don't understand the psychological development mode and various physiological and psychological obstacles in the process of children's growth, you can't judge accurately.
How to cultivate ability
Part of the ability is cultivated in the process of classroom learning, part depends on one's own mentality and personality, and part is cultivated by oneself: it is to experience, review and summarize from every process. The so-called "merit day" is this truth. With a modest, respectful and sincere attitude, you can naturally practice superb skills by doing more, thinking more and seeing more.
The most basic ability
An arranger must have a certain ability to do this noble and sacred job well. These functions include:
1, Cave Charlie: What is the meaning behind the feelings, emotions, thoughts, body language and behaviors presented? What are the most common possibilities? What to do next and so on. Only insightful instructors can master it quickly.
2. Self-control: Beginners' tutors will seize the first change or information to plan the next action, while self-control tutors can stay still, let those changes and information develop naturally, and often solve them automatically. In 2003, Hellinger emphasized that "the movement of the mind" meant this. He made a case, except for his arrangement, his intervention lasted no more than 3 minutes, and the whole family system arrangement process lasted for more than an hour, and the solution was satisfactory. He just stared at them, representing the emotions, feelings and actions that pushed them forward.

3. High sensitivity: Some instructors can feel something important when standing near the delegates, such as a dead person and a murder case. Therefore, we should try our best to restrain ourselves and use less consciousness and rationality in the arrangement of the host system, such as logical analysis and judgment, to cultivate our high sensory ability.
4. Grasp the ability of "inaction" and "promising": In the whole system arrangement process, behind the seemingly "inaction" of the tutor is a strong "promising" ability, which is also advocated by Heeringer, and the best effect can be achieved with the least intervention.
5. The ability of "the way of phenomenology": This is a relatively high realm, and it is also the biggest test for the tutor. Phenomenology in psychology means that a person's feelings are true to his future, and dealing with his problems is entirely based on his feelings.
theory
Hellinger believes that people are subconsciously connected with the fate of family ancestors through a kind of "deformation * * *". As long as we find this connection, psychotherapy will be effective. For example, in a real family, patients subconsciously think that they are the embodiment of their dead family members. If the patient has contact with his ancestors who were driven out of the house or had a bad life in the past, it is easy to repeat bad luck and even "pay off debts" for the past. Herlinger even thought that people had an "unconscious connection" with animals in the past, which was not a genetic connection, but a spiritual energy connection, namely telepathy.
Virginia Satya, an American family therapist deeply influenced by Heilinger's theory, said: "Humans on our planet are all interconnected ... It is of great significance to world peace to treat human souls well and connect with each other through the vitality of the universe." She believes that emotional information all over the world exists in a field and can be intervened through arrangement. This sentence is beautiful, but it has no scientific basis.
Physicists dismiss the "expert" statement about quantum mechanics as a "quantum fallacy" because there is no quantum effect on the biological level. Victor Stenger, a retired professor of physics at the University of Hawaii in the United States, said that quantum mechanics was misunderstood by some people as human consciousness can connect across time and space. In fact, modern physics, including quantum mechanics, is completely materialistic.
Robert Carroll, an American philosopher, believes that using quantum entanglement to explain complex psychological phenomena is at best a metaphor and an inappropriate metaphor. If there is any "connection" between people, the explanation is that different people are human beings. What you can do may be done by others, but what has not happened to others will happen to you.
Psychological illusion
The disharmony or imbalance of "spiritual energy" has caused people's physical and mental health problems, such as loneliness, depression, suicide, physical and mental discomfort, accidents, money and interpersonal problems. Through arrangement, the level of mind can be improved, patients can see the entanglement of energy and relationship, and love in life can flow, which will produce curative effect.
Even more incredible, the so-called "family" played by the participants felt the feelings of their ancestors who had died for a long time. To this end, patients often fall into superstition, or believe in fantasies, illusions, and even delusions.
Carol pointed out that if "effective" means "satisfying consumers", then the family system arrangement is indeed "effective" for some people. How people think, their thoughts will affect their feelings and behaviors. Psychotherapy, which can change people's minds, will always have a curative effect on some people, such as eliminating stress and reducing anxiety.
Patients may have received psychological cues in the group and had a pleasant experience, which led to the decrease of hydrocortisone level and the increase of serotonin and oxytocin level. In fact, actors often have these feelings in role-playing, and there is nothing magical.
The "curative effect" of family system arrangement is also related to various psychological illusions. The patient's feelings for his "family" and the subjective confirmation of his ancestors' fate revealed by his tutor, that is, treating meaningless things as meaningful things and unimportant things as things related to himself, so he feels that everyone is "very accurate"; Patients selectively accept the words of "family members", only believe what they hear, ignore what they don't hear and say inaccurately; Patients in the treatment group, their beliefs are mutually reinforcing. The most typical thing is that everyone thinks that the treatment is "really effective".
Many patients are satisfied with the arrangement of family system. Does it mean that you can solve the entanglement by going deep into the "deformation * * * singing field"? Not exactly. Carol believes that even if patients believe what others say, it is meaningless in real curative effect. In fact, the ancestors in the family have long died, which can be said to be "dead men tell no tales." The truth of their fate is unknown and has nothing to do with the therapeutic effect. It doesn't matter what happened to ancestors and others. What matters is what the patient thinks and feels.
