At present, the center has Grade A qualification of government procurement agent, Grade A qualification of project bidding agent and Grade B qualification of central investment project bidding agent. It has passed the bidding agency of water conservancy project of Guangxi Water Resources Department and the bidding agency of land consolidation project of Guangxi Land Department for the record, and passed the ISO900 1:2008 management system certification.
The center has more than 120 employees. According to the needs of engaging in bidding agency business and relying on the technical force of the Institute, the Center has set up a team of employees with excellent quality, exquisite skills and complete specialties, among which 95% have secondary school education or above and 35% have senior professional titles, with obvious professional and technical advantages. It often organizes employees to participate in government procurement and bidding business training, and has rich experience in bidding agency operation. The center has established a perfect office network system, equipped with advanced modern office facilities and information collaborative office platform, and all centers have realized efficient online office. At the same time, it also established its own information management system and bid evaluation management system, including bid evaluation experts and suppliers, which provided strong talent and technical support for better realizing bidding and procurement agency and technical consulting services.
Headquartered at No.0/70, Daxue East Road, Nanning, the center is adjacent to more than 20 scientific research institutes, universities and Nanning High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with convenient transportation, elegant environment and rich cultural atmosphere. The center has a vast place for bidding activities, including 1 100 square meters of office and bid evaluation room, 220 square meters of bid opening hall, 720 square meters of physical exhibition hall and 1750 square meters of parking lot.
