The general process of safety assessment in different regions is different, but it is generally similar. The following introduces the general process of safety evaluation of Guangrao No.1 network for reference.
1. Submit the feasibility study report, registration certificate, site selection opinion and a copy of business license to the safety supervision department of Guangrao County approval hall.
2. According to the data of this project, Guangrao County Safety Supervision Bureau conducts evaluation and analysis, requires enterprises to make "Condition Establishment Report", "Safety Evaluation Report" or "Safety Evaluation Report Form", and provides some qualified evaluation institutions to the construction unit.
3. The construction unit shall conduct safety pre-evaluation, select and entrust a qualified third-party evaluation agency, hand over the project situation and sign a contract.
4, safety evaluation preparation, the construction unit should prepare the information required by the evaluation agency in advance.
5. Safety evaluation institutions shall conduct safety pre-evaluation on enterprise construction projects and prepare a "safety evaluation report".
6. Hold the qualification demonstration report, safety evaluation report (or safety evaluation report form), site selection opinions, registration certificate and application for safety condition review, and submit an application for safety evaluation report review to Guangrao County Safety Supervision Bureau.
7. The Safety Supervision Bureau organizes relevant experts to review the safety pre-evaluation report.
8, after the review, safety supervision bureau issued a safety pre-evaluation report rectification opinions.
9. Make corresponding rectification according to the rectification opinions of the Safety Supervision Bureau, and then submit it to the Safety Supervision Bureau.
10, the safety supervision bureau will reply to the safety evaluation report after rectification (projects with greater risks need design articles, which are generally completed by the preliminary design unit entrusted by the construction unit).

Submit the trial production application to the Safety Supervision Bureau with the Application for Safety Facilities Review of Industrial Production and Construction Projects, the Special Seal for Safety (designed by the Preliminary Design Unit), the Qualification Certificate of the Design Unit and the Certificate of Project Establishment Record.
12. After the application is approved for trial production, the construction unit enters the trial production state.
13, the trial production is normal for three months. Please ask the intermediary agency to issue a safety acceptance evaluation report.
14, the construction unit submitted an acceptance application to the safety supervision bureau.
15. According to the time arranged by the safety supervision department, experts will check and accept the completed project and conduct on-site verification and review of the acceptance evaluation report.
16. After the approval, let the intermediary modify the acceptance evaluation report.
17, Huitong application form, system, scheme and related application materials shall be submitted to the safety supervision department for filing or certification.
Remarks: The production, operation and construction projects below the provincial level shall be reviewed by the enterprises themselves and filed with the Municipal Safety Supervision Bureau. Intermediary agencies that conduct safety evaluation on enterprises must be safety evaluation agencies with safety qualifications and registered in the Municipal Administration of Work Safety.
