What's wrong with computers not being connected to the internet?

1. When the wireless network cannot be connected and the network connection icons in the lower right corner are crossed, please refer to the following methods:

①? Some old machines have wireless hardware switches. Please check the left and right sides/front side of the machine and the top of the keyboard to confirm whether there is a hardware switch for wifi. Please open it.

For example, the F80 series wireless switch is located at the front of the machine.

②? Some machines have wireless or airplane mode icons on the f2 button. Press fn+f2 to turn the wireless function on or off.

③? The wireless network card may be disabled in Device Manager. Please open Device Manager and enable the wireless network card.

④? The wireless network card may be disabled in the BIOS.

Please press F2 continuously to enter the BIOS at the same time, press F9 to restore the BIOS default value, and then press F 10 to save and exit. Or after entering the BIOS, confirm the safety->; I/O interface security->; Is the wireless network option set to lock? After changing to the unlock option, press F 10 to save the changes and exit.

⑤? The wireless network card driver is not normal.

Please uninstall the wireless network card driver in the device manager, and then go to official website to download the wireless driver installation of the corresponding model.

2. If it is a wired network, please refer to the following steps for troubleshooting:

1, confirm whether the network cable is plugged in.

A. Check whether there are foreign objects in the mesh, which may cause poor contact of the network cable.

B. Check whether the fixing tenon of the network cable is broken, which may cause the network cable to loosen easily. If it is loose, you can change the network cable for testing.

C. Start-> Control panel->; Network and * * * Enjoy Center-> Manage adapter settings

If the figure below shows "the network cable has been unplugged", it means that the network cable is loose. Please insert or replace the network cable and try again.

2. Confirm whether the wireless network device is abnormal in the device manager.

Start-> Console->; Device Manager, check whether there is an exclamation point in the Network Adapter.

The green box below is a normal network card, and the exclamation point in the red box is an abnormal network card.

3, open the network and * * * enjoy the center for troubleshooting.

There is no exclamation point in the device manager, which means that the network card should be normal. This problem may be caused by system settings or other network devices.

Start-> Control panel->; Internet and * * * enjoyment center. When you enter the network and the * * * enjoyment center, you can see the basic information of the network.

If there is an exclamation point or an X, you can click to perform network troubleshooting built into Windows.
