1. If Party B commits any of the following acts, Party A has the right to terminate this contract, take back the house, and require Party B to pay two months' rent as liquidated damages, and the deposit can be used to pay the liquidated damages in priority; If losses are caused to Party A, Party B shall compensate for the economic losses;
(1) sublease, sublease to others or change the use of the house without Party A's consent;
(two) the use of property for illegal activities;
(3) Arrears of rent or related expenses exceed 14 days;
2. Upon expiration or early termination, Party B must move out and remove all his furniture and sundries before the termination date of the contract. Since the purchased goods are placed after the end date of the contract, it shall be deemed that Party B has waived all rights over the remaining goods, and Party A shall handle them by itself, and Party B shall not have any objection.
