2. Qualification examination: After the application is submitted, the State Secrecy Bureau will conduct qualification examination on the applicant, mainly examining its registration qualification, business reputation and business status.
3. On-site review: After passing the qualification review, the State Secrecy Bureau will send experts to conduct on-site review of the confidentiality work of the applicant, including the construction of confidentiality system, confidentiality publicity and education, and the management of confidential personnel.
4. Examination and certification: The State Secrecy Bureau comprehensively evaluates the applicant according to the on-site examination and issues the corresponding confidentiality qualification certificate.
Qualification unit requirements
According to the "Confidentiality Standard for Confidential Information System Integration Qualification", a Grade A qualification unit shall set up a full-time security director, who shall be a member of the leadership team of the unit.
The leading group for confidentiality work of A-level qualification units consists of the legal representative (or principal responsible person), the director of confidentiality and the principal responsible persons of relevant departments. The head of the team shall be the legal representative (or principal responsible person), and the deputy head shall be the director of confidentiality. The members of the leading group for confidentiality work have a clear division of labor.
The leading group for confidentiality work of B-level qualified units consists of the legal representative (or principal responsible person) of the unit, the person in charge of confidentiality work and the principal responsible persons of relevant departments. The leader of the team shall be the legal representative (or principal responsible person), and the deputy leader shall be the person in charge of confidentiality. The members of the leading group for confidentiality work have a clear division of labor.
