If the applicant's passport abroad expires or is lost and needs to be renewed or reissued, it can be renewed or reissued at the China embassy or consulate abroad.
2. Examination and approval authority: exit and entry administration departments of state, city and local public security organs or exit and entry administration departments of provincial public security organs.
3. An application for settlement in Hong Kong or Macao shall be accepted and examined by the exit-entry administration department of the county-level public security organ where the applicant is registered. If the public security organ at the county level has no acceptance authority, the entry-exit administration department of the public security organ at the prefecture level where the household registration is located shall accept the examination; Examination and approval by the exit-entry administration department of the municipal public security organ; Among them, children of permanent residents of Hong Kong or Macao who apply to settle in Hong Kong or Macao shall be examined and approved by the exit-entry administration department of the provincial public security organ.
4. Certificate preparation and evidence collection:
(1) If the applicant applies for going abroad (on business) for the first time or issues a new certificate, he/she will get it from the Exit-Entry Administration of Guizhou Public Security Bureau (No.82 Baoshan North Road, Guiyang). When applying for going abroad, the applicant can choose to receive the certificate by express mail.
(2) Re-apply for endorsement to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan with valid Hong Kong and Macao Pass and Mainland Residents' Travel Pass to and from Taiwan, and obtain the documents from the exit-entry administration department of the public security organ that applied.
(3) Anyone who holds a valid pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao to apply for an endorsement for visiting relatives in Hong Kong and Macao again may apply for an endorsement on the self-service acceptance machine of the Exit-Entry Administration Branch of Guiyang Public Security Bureau.

2. Business

(2) If the owner of individual industrial and commercial households applies to engage in business activities in Hong Kong and Macao, the original and photocopy of the annual business license shall be submitted.
(3) A certificate issued by the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department shall be submitted to the business application for driving a special vehicle to and from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao.
3. Team and individual travel

(4) Continue to apply for staying in Hong Kong or Macao after the expiration of the stay endorsement on the travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao. 5. Others

(3) Citizens of our province who study and work in Macao apply to go to Hong Kong: if they study, they shall submit their written applications; If on-the-job, submit the certificate that the employer in Macao agrees to go to Hong Kong.
(3) Citizens going to Taiwan Province Province.
