I was a civil servant working in the system before I entered Mama Bofan Business School. I have been working for 25 years. For me, my whole career is to support my family and ensure the basic needs of life, which is basically what Lao Wang said.
Over the years, the disadvantages brought by "stability" have become more and more prominent, and I seem to be increasingly dissatisfied with the status quo.
It was not until I came into contact with yoga that I really opened my depressed and covered heart.
At first, I also studied yoga to solve problems in my life. Later, with the deepening and persistence, I changed more and more, and I wanted to share more and more.
So I took care of my family and went to work at the same time, and took two yoga teacher qualification certificates.
Second, it was hit: the sideline business died.
At this time, the working state has begun to change. Creative work B has begun to appear.
However, the subsequent situation is not optimistic. There are only a handful of classes in the first year, and fewer and fewer members make an appointment in the second year, and even no one makes an appointment for several weeks.
Finally, I was informed by the person in charge of the museum that I was not allowed to teach any more.
This incident hit me particularly hard. I know that I am a person with very strong self-esteem, and I really can't accept this reality. I cried secretly at home several times, afraid to tell anyone, including my family.
The next day, my yoga teacher and I talked about it.
She told me bluntly: no, you are too lacking in practice; A good yoga teacher has to substitute for a certain period of time to gain experience. Your time is too short. What face, self-esteem, don't take it too seriously; People can't grow up without breaking it a few times.
In the following days, I constantly adjusted my mentality and emotions, and slowly, my state became more relaxed. Once I was so obsessed with the role of "yoga teacher" that I tried my best to make her better, so I kept studying, preparing lessons and looking for it. Only in this process, I seem to have lost something and forgotten something.
And this incident also made me think about my teaching problems from another side. Is there not enough adhesion with members? Are you too eager to succeed? Haven't you found what you are really good at?
In this way, I spent a quiet day. However, the practice of yoga did not stop there, but persisted better.
This state has also increased my confidence, that is, I will not give up yoga because of any setbacks, and it may be something I will stick to for a lifetime in the future.
With this belief, I decided to continue to spread and share yoga.
Then, let's start with the WeChat community that we haven't taken care of for a long time. This community has been established for many years, but it has basically been abandoned. It's hard to start over.
Therefore, at the beginning, it was particularly difficult. No one in the group interacted with me and no one participated in the activity. A message was thrown in, as if it were as silent as a sinking sea.
Third, meet the "not annoying": reproduce the sideline.
At this moment, I came across news from a community in my good friend Wen Ting. This is the origin of the business school where I first met Wang Bufan's mother.
In order to know more, Mr. Wen Ting called me in spite of his busy schedule, and introduced in detail what she gained by not disturbing her mother and so on. Out of trust in my friends, I bought a live broadcast of Lao Wang and bought a member that night.
Before the 2 1 training camp started, I planned to start my own yoga brand.
With Lao Wang's daily course follow-up and homework punching. The "Yoga for Working Mothers" community I established has also been officially launched.
It can be said that I am learning Lao Wang's course while practicing. During this period, I also made my first "mission and vision" plan. I especially thank Mr. Wen Ting for introducing Mr. Quan. Her energy is too strong. Although it was only more than three hours of consultation and communication on the phone, it touched me a lot.
It is this kind of life planning that has accelerated my faster progress on the road of community operation.
Yao Yao left me a message saying that I should write down my own entrepreneurial process in this summary. First of all, I don't think this is a business, but I have some learning and practical experience.
If these processes can make more friends see hope, build confidence and get a little inspiration, then I will talk about it. This is also a reorganization of my 2 1 day study.
Fourth, learning and practice: sideline accumulation
My lecture is very efficient. Basically, as soon as each unit is uploaded, I will listen to it all at once. In the process of listening, I will simply write down the knowledge points I think are helpful to me. This habit will be of great help to homework.
Besides finishing my homework, I will put these theories in my mind. Particularly good knowledge points will be shared in their own communities.
For example, if energy management is related to yoga, I will send my knowledge and feelings to my partners in the community.
In order to effectively connect more mothers who don't bother business school and let more mothers who like yoga and know yoga see what I'm doing now, I communicated with my commentator Ling Jie, and she suggested me to take part in more activities.
So I participated in NBtake's story sharing activities. Although the sharing draft has been revised four times, I am still busy revising and perfecting it, and I am constantly communicating with the team leader Yanzi.
Of all the things that go to the end, I think the process is the most glorious. It not only makes me more focused on the current affairs, but also establishes close ties with others.
Later, I also extended this activity and sharing to my own "Yoga for Working Mothers" community, and I also got particularly friendly interaction and affirmation from my friends.
They have a better understanding of me and generated more trust and support. The professional charm and personal charm of yoga have been further promoted and popularized.
These little by little implementations are actually what Lao Wang said to build a personal brand and enhance personal influence.
I made "yoga for working mothers" into my own brand, highlighting my own characteristics in the field of crowd positioning and service. The positioning is clear and clear, and you can have sex with brands that your mother doesn't bother. This will attract mothers on the same frequency.
The unit of "realizing sideline business" is my special concern. I made a realistic comparison of every knowledge point that Lao Wang said.
If I follow this line of thinking, such as looking for an "example" and I am sure that I already have an "example", then I will pay more attention to the "example" and contact it more.
The second point is "recording growth". I haven't done enough in this matter. Go to practice immediately after class, and make friends every day with your feelings of practicing yoga, the process of growing up and learning, club activities, reading and sharing, etc. Because I have the habit and ability of writing for a long time, it is easy to do this, and because of such sincere and constant display, my community often attracts new partners to join.
The third point is to maintain "seed users". I'm doing the same thing. I feel that my mobility is still very strong. Interact with friends in the community every day, pay attention to every news they share, and make comments and affirmation. Because in the 2 1 day learning camp, every time my homework is reviewed by the reviewer Guan Lingjie, there is a feeling of being seen, which will actually bring you endless motivation.
So I quickly turned this feeling into the action of my own community, which also promoted the adhesion with my partners.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) achievement: realized sideline business.
At the beginning, there were only more than 60 people in my community, and this number has stagnated for a long time. Since I took the course of Mom Business School, it has more than doubled in less than a month.
When planning before, the goal was to reach 300 people by the end of this year. It seems that this goal is still expected to be broken.
Yesterday, I heard Weiyang's sister share a question and answer about community operation. One thing moved me particularly. She said: For any industry, the most profitable and ultimate way is to return to training. I have been thinking about this idea until today. How to use it on yourself?
Within a month, I shared two micro-lessons in the "Yoga for Working Mothers" community. These two courses are all about designing their own themes, writing their own manuscripts, designing their own posters and changing their own languages.
On the one hand, I have practiced all the work of the club, on the other hand, I have confidence in designing courses and sharing courses. This attempt laid a solid foundation for me to design my own training courses in the future.
Today is the last unit of this course. After listening to it, I combed it and recalled what I am doing now.
Do you have a clear understanding of the needs of the target population? Can you provide products that serve them for a long time? Can your service help most people?
When I wrote down these questions, in fact, no matter what you did before, you were half successful. Why? Because thinking is very important, as long as the general direction is right, leave the rest to time.
I comb it again as an entrepreneur. Lao Wang starts from three aspects. First: Is it something you like? Second: Is this something you are good at? Third: Are you a core user?
From these three aspects, I am really happy to start my own business, and they are all right. I like yoga for 8 years. I have a medical school background, I can write, I am willing to share, I like innovation, and I am the beneficiary. Therefore, it is absolutely no problem to do it.
6. Thanks to Lao Wang, the future can be expected
I am very grateful to Lao Wang for giving me so much inspiration and confidence. Let me not only learn in theory, but also use it in practice, which is enough to show that Lao Wang's course is valuable and her mother has a bright future without bothering business school.
I especially like the last sentence shared by Lao Wang: the cost of trial and error is not high, but the cost of missing is high.
Fortunately, I didn't miss Lao Wang's class. I was lucky. I didn't miss my talent. I was lucky. I didn't miss my life.
Mom doesn't bother business school's courses are highly targeted, which is very suitable for women to learn and enjoy, especially mothers, especially full-time mothers with children at home, and of course mothers who want to engage in sideline business, such as me.
From this perspective, Lao Wang has helped many people to open their minds and horizons and solve the pain points. The other is the theme of "value-added". I understand that there are two aspects of value-added: one is income growth, and the other is spiritual improvement. So I think these two aspects are enough for more mothers to achieve different levels of needs.
At present, I'm considering joining Mom Don't bother with partners, because the future can be expected!
Finally, I sincerely hope that women in China can realize their self-worth and improve their self-growth.
Yoga is a content especially suitable for women, and my mother doesn't bother that this platform has given her wings. May all mothers in the world be happy all their lives.
I am a flower group, looking forward to meeting you every time!
