Cultural conditions:
Students must have the official status of their school, take the unified national entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities (English and Russian are limited to foreign languages), and the expected scores are above the control line for the admission of a number of undergraduates in this province, autonomous region and municipality directly under the Central Government.
