After the applicant completes the reservation through the overseas passport online reservation system, he can log in to the home page of the system with the reservation number, file number or evidence collection number and make an inquiry in the column of "progress inquiry".

The progress status includes:
1. You have successfully completed the appointment, and you will go to the corresponding embassies and consulates in China for business;
2. Your application has been accepted and is under review;
Your application was not approved. Please consult the embassy or consulate that submitted the application for details;
4. Your information has been sent to the certification center, and a new passport will be printed;
Your new passport has been printed and is being sent back to our library.
Your new passport has arrived in our library and can be collected.
When the status shows "Your new passport has arrived in our library and can be collected", the applicant can come to our library with the certificate to collect it.
In addition, the system will automatically send the processing progress to the valid email address registered by the applicant when filling out the form online.
